Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can use a domain you already own, or buy a new one.
If you already have a domain, you can keep it where you bought it and simply connect it to Stratum or move it to Stratum so everything is managed in one place.
Do I get hosting with my Stratum subscription?
Yes. Stratum includes secure commerce hosting with your plan, so you don't need to buy separate hosting. JourneyCX Stratum also includes unlimited bandwidth (no bandwidth fees) and provides a free TLS/SSL certificate for domains you add.
Are there any additional fees?
JourneyCX charge no additional commission or transaction fees. One subscription with all the features listed for each package.
Can I cancel or change my subscription anytime?
Yes. If you ever decide to erminate your subscription you can simply cancel your account.
If you choose a one year subscription, you can cancel when your term commitment expires.
When will customer payments reflect in my account?
All sales generated gets paid direct into your business account. No purchases will be routed to JourneyCX before you receive your money.
Payments will be credited based on your merchant account agreement.
