This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of JourneyCX software subscription plans and add-on services.

Subscription Billing

JourneyCX operates on a recurring subscription basis:

  • Monthly or Annual billing cycles

Fees are billed in advance

Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund period on new subscriptions.

Refunds are available if:

  • You request cancellation within the first 14 days after the trial period
  • You have not breached our Acceptable Use Policy

Refunds will not be granted:

  • After 14 days
  • For renewal charges
  • For partial months unused

Cancellation Procedure

Subscriptions can be cancelled:

  • Via customer portal dashboard
  • By written request to support

Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not process biometric identifiers for identification.

Customers enabling voice features remain responsible for informing end-users and must ensure lawful recording consent.

Annual Plans

Early termination refunds are not provided after 14 days.

Add-On Services

Professional services, onboarding, setup fees, or consultancy are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Forfeiture of data access
  • Possible recovery action
