This Addendum supplements the Privacy Policy for customers using voice, call recording, and communication modules providewd by JourneyCX Customer Experience Platform.
Voice Data Collected
We may store:
- Call logs
- Call recordings
- Voicemail messages
- Transcriptions (if enabled)
- Metadata (duration, caller ID, timestamps)
Retention Periods
Default:
- Call logs: 24 months
- Call recordings: 12 months
- Voicemails: 6 months
- Transcriptions: 12 months
Retention may be extended at customer request.
Legal Basis
Processed for:
- Service delivery
- Quality assurance
- Fraud prevention
- Compliance (FSCA, POPIA)
Customer Controls
Customers may:
- Delete recordings early
- Disable recording entirely
- Request export
Security
Recordings are encrypted in storage and transit.
Access Restrictions
Only authorised personnel may access voice data.
