Acceptable Use Polcy (AUP)

This AUP ensures safe, lawful, and ethical usage of JourneyCX Customer Experience Platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Harass individuals or groups
  • Perform fraud or extortion
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks
  • Upload malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorised access

Telephony Restrictions

Users may not:

  • Initiate robotic autodialing without consent
  • Conduct cold marketing campaigns without opt-in
  • Spoof caller ID
  • Violate local telecom regulations

Data Compliance

Customer must comply with:

  • POPIA
  • GDPR
  • Consumer Protection Act
  • Electronic Communications Act (ECASA)

Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately if:

  • Abuse is detected
  • Legal complaint is received
  • Network stability is threatened

Law Enforcement

We may disclose data when compelled via lawful warrants.
