By subscribing to JourneyCX, you (“Customer”) agree to these Subscription Terms.
Licensing
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform during the active subscription.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Termination for Breach
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Fees are unpaid
- Abuse of service occurs
- Legal violations are detected
Data Access Upon Termination
Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.
After 30 days, data is securely purged per retention policy.
